• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate on treatment planning that includes pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.
• Complete all required documentation promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in conjunction with our clinical team to inform treatment decisions.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to build and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual needs.
• Engage actively in licensing, accreditation processes, and quality assurance efforts to uphold best practices within the clinic.
• Serve as a key liaison to community partners and state agencies to facilitate access to supportive resources for clients.
• Maintain clear and effective communication channels to meet contractual obligations and to further the mission of the organization.
• Foster collaborative relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program visibility while securing new partnerships and funding avenues.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities such as attending conferences, leading workshops, and participating in statewide meetings relevant to mental health.
• Promote the agency's mission, values, and principles within the community and among team members.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the clinic's operations.

The individuals we serve come from various backgrounds and face unique challenges including mental health disorders, substance use issues, and conditions stemming from complications like brain injuries or developmental disabilities. Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be critical in providing tailored support to help clients achieve their personal health goals and improve their quality of life.

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
• An active, independent LMHC License is essential.

• Previous experience in community health settings or telehealth services.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency in mental health practice.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
