• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups, applying therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances and challenges faced by clients in hospice settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to promote holistic patient care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring that all documentation supports the treatment provided.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in clinical social work.

In this role, you will primarily focus on supporting clients who are facing terminal illnesses, along with their families. Your expertise in navigating the complex emotions surrounding end-of-life care will be crucial in providing comfort, guidance, and emotional support. You will work closely with clients, helping them articulate their feelings, addressing anticipatory grief, and facilitating discussions about goals of care and legacy needs.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical social work services, preferably in hospice or palliative care settings.
• Proven ability to conduct diagnostic assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Strong commitment to cultural competence and ethical practice in clinical settings.

• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams in a healthcare or hospice environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy methodologies.
• Background in grief counseling and advanced knowledge of end-of-life care dynamics.
