• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients through virtual consultations, utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.
• Provide individualized short-term counseling solutions tailored to address a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Facilitate virtual group therapy sessions and workshops focused on relevant topics such as coping strategies, resilience building, and mental health awareness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that include medical professionals, patient support staff, and community organizations, ensuring seamless integration of care for patients.
• Engage actively in outreach initiatives, including community mental health campaigns aimed at reducing stigma and raising awareness about mental wellness.
