• Conduct comprehensive virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, implementing evidence-based strategies tailored to diverse client needs.
• Develop, monitor, and revise personalized treatment plans, incorporating client feedback and progress evaluations into ongoing care strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and substance use counselors, to coordinate integrated treatment approaches.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention support and resources to clients facing acute challenges, empowering them to utilize coping mechanisms and access support systems.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals within a detox center setting, as well as those seeking continuous mental health care in a remote environment. Your clients often experience mental health challenges related to substance use, trauma, anxiety, and depression. A deep understanding of these complex issues, along with a commitment to empathy and cultural competence, will be vital as you work to establish rapport and foster trust with a diverse range of clients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and employing therapeutic modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish therapeutic rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• A commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice is essential.

While the primary qualifications are essential, preference will be given to candidates with experience in remote therapy settings or familiarity with electronic health record systems. Additional certifications in specialized therapies (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy) or experience in addiction counseling may set candidates apart.

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting your experience and skill set.
