• Provide compassionate mental health counseling to clients through virtual platforms, adapting techniques to meet individual needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including brief multi-session outpatient therapy that addresses mental illness, substance use disorders, and accompanying chronic conditions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, including treatment progress evaluations and adjustments to care plans.
• Engage in regular consultations with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic support for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to advance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in the field.

Your clientele will include adults facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. This role entails collaborating with patients to foster health behavior changes and improve their overall well-being. As part of a dynamic team, your insights and clinical expertise will contribute to the development of tailored strategies aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of services provided.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
• Candidates must hold full licensure from a State Board to practice independently, such as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Sound understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements governing mental health practices.
• Cultural competence necessary to engage effectively with a diverse patient base.
• Strong ethical principles should guide all aspects of patient interaction and record management.
• A reliable internet connection is crucial for seamless service delivery and client communication.

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on adult therapy.
• Experience working within team-based care models and familiarization with telehealth practices.
• Prior exposure to integrated healthcare settings would be advantageous.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Alongside competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
