• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop customized therapy plans based on individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients of diverse backgrounds, including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring client confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health research.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Alleviate Behavioral Health, you will primarily serve clients with limited access to traditional mental health services. You will work with individuals facing a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, demonstrating competency in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic client care.
• Familiarity with EMR software and telehealth systems is preferred, as these tools are integral to your daily responsibilities.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly preferred, enhancing our diverse range of services.
• Experience in remote counseling or teletherapy is advantageous, as it will enable you to navigate our digital platforms confidently.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Additionally, you will benefit from:
