• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions for various populations, including adolescents, adults, and couples, utilizing evidence-based techniques.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and treatment interventions in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay current with mental health best practices and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops and obtaining continuing education credits (CEUs).

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral disorders.
