• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and craft effective treatment plans customized to their unique situations.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress regularly, adapting approaches based on client feedback and changes in circumstances.
• Provide teletherapy sessions to maintain client engagement and accessibility, ensuring continuity of care amidst varied client demands.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously to maintain ethical standards and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest therapeutic practices and contribute to a culture of learning within the organization.

Our client population is diverse, ranging from adolescents to adults experiencing various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other emotional disturbances. Therapists can expect to engage with clients who are ready to work towards personal improvement and healing, providing you with an enriching experience that enhances your clinical skills while impacting lives positively.

• A current and valid state license as a LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Well-developed organizational and time-management skills to balance caseload effectively.

We prefer candidates with prior experience in a community health setting, particularly those who have worked with diverse populations and varying socioeconomic backgrounds. Experience with teletherapy is a significant plus, along with familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
