What we offer:

The estimated hiring range for this role is $130K-150K plus applicable bonus. This hiring range is specific to the USA and will vary for other regions based upon local market data. Final salary is ultimately decided upon taking into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to: skills and experience, licensure and certifications, education, specific location and dynamic market data.

  • 5to 8yearsofProject Management experienceleading global/complex clinicaltrialsin a Clinical Research Organization/Pharmaceutical CompanyOther professional and/or educational experience may contribute toward thisminimumrequirement, asdeterminedon acase-by-casebasis.
  • Executive levelcommunication,writtenoral communication,interpersonal skills, as well as strong planning and organizational ability arerequired.
  • Goodworking knowledge of drug development process andregulatory requirements, including familiarity with International Conference onHarmonisation(ICH)guidelines and other applicable regulatory rules and guidelines.
  • Proficiencyin English(written and verbal).
  • Action-oriented and resilient in a fast-paced environment and will have the ability tolead highperforming crossfunctionalproject teams, motivate others, delegate,includingadvancedstakeholdercommunication/ escalationproblem solvinganddecision-makingskills.
  • Ability to build,managerelationships with internal and external team members (vendors,clientsetc.)and drive activities toconclusion with minimal support.
  • Ability to mentor and delegate.
