The Sr. Enterprise Process Specialist is a strongly self-driven role within the Transformation team tasked with leading large, cross-discipline, company-wide process improvement and operational initiatives. These high-visibility projects directly impact executive-level strategy, carry a financial impact exceeding $1M per project, and require seamless collaboration across various business units.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Improvement & Consulting
  • Drive Execution: Lead critical, enterprise-wide process improvement projects from discovery to successful completion using a variety of formal methodologies (such as formal DMAIC/DMADV or adaptive approaches).
  • Consulting Engagements: Conduct inter-company consulting engagements by gathering the "voice of the customer," facilitating process discovery sessions, and executing situational assessments.
  • Modernization & Trends: Drive the adoption of industry-standard process methodologies and remain current on the latest Lean Six Sigma (LSS) developments, techniques, and industry trends.
Strategy & Project Management
  • Strategic Initiatives: Act in a Project Management role for special high-priority needs, including post-merger integrations, strategic initiatives, and deployment of new systems.
  • Operational Efficiency: Focus on international operations, offshoring, improving operational efficiency, and reducing overall cycle times.
  • PMO Alignment: Coordinate directly with the PMO and project managers on related projects and handoffs to successfully implement agreed-upon solutions.
Executive Stakeholder Management
  • SLT Collaboration: Interact directly with C-level executives, owners, and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to scope projects and maintain organizational alignment.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Balance highly detailed project plans with the ability to quickly summarize project status, dashboards, and timelines into clear, concise executive-level narratives.
  • White Glove Service: Provide prompt attention and rapid responses to inquiries from executives and SLT members.
Training, Coaching & Mentoring
  • LSS Support: Dedicate a portion of the role to supporting company-wide LSS training and certification programs.
  • Capability Building: Deliver training content, provide formal project oversight, and coach/mentor certification candidates.
Role RequirementsEducation & Certifications
  • Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Health, or a Medical discipline.
  • LSS Certification: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with a demonstrated record of managing a successful project portfolio.
  • Business Acumen: MBA or equivalent advanced business knowledge.
  • PMP Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Minimum Experience
  • identifying, scoping, and leading process improvement efforts at large companies with international operations and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in operations and/or projects at large companies with international operations.
  • Executive Exposure: Proven experience coordinating directly with C-level executives.
  • Financial Familiarity: Strong understanding of major financial reporting techniques, terminology, and experience collaborating with large finance teams.
Preferred Experience (Pluses)
  • Previous experience in a business consulting role.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and post-merger process integration.
  • Experience working within large software companies and familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) management methodologies.
  • Publication or conference presentation experience in Lean Six Sigma or related industry topics.
Skills & Travel
  • Tech Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Outlook), project management tools, video conferencing software, and other standard project tracking utilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with a commanding executive presence.
  • Travel: Expected to be less than 10%, but required as needed for specific project efforts.
