Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with clients suffering from substance use disorders and related mental health conditions. This includes individuals facing emotional crises, trauma-related challenges, and those at risk of self-harm. You will be instrumental in restoring their sense of stability and hope by providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care tailored to their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution or university.
  • Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in New York.
  • A minimum of 3 years of recent counseling experience, particularly in crisis intervention and mental health support.
Preferred Experience
