Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT at Center Pointe Psychotherapy Services, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' psychological needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs anchored in evidence-based practices to support clients’ specific emotional and relational goals.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe atmosphere for open discussions and healing.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client care and outcomes.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, fostering a deeper understanding of the healing process and encouraging their involvement.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring a high level of integrity in documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your ability to empathize with and understand each client's unique circumstances will be instrumental in helping them navigate their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, warmth, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage your caseload and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

While experience in the field of marriage and family therapy is essential, we prefer candidates who have a background in working with diverse populations, as well as familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Experience in remote counseling is also an advantage, as it aligns with our commitment to providing virtual care in a digitally connected world.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and certifications. Our benefits package includes:
