Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique situations.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals to track progress and adapting strategies as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Work in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and execute coordinated, client-centered treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services to clients when necessary, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment provided, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, empowering clients through shared experiences and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
