Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to better understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Developing and executing personalized treatment plans with clear objectives and interventions tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure that all aspects of a client's health and well-being are managed effectively.
• Offering crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, addressing urgent client needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards, while ensuring the confidentiality of all client information.
• Leading group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support group meetings to augment clients' therapeutic experiences.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
