Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to uncover clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and community resources.
  • Deliver individualized and group therapy using recognized evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy to support effective outcomes.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions for clients’ mental health improvement.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure holistic care by working closely with psychiatrists and treatment teams.
  • Execute crisis intervention strategies and risk assessments, efficiently creating safety plans as required by clients in acute need.
  • Maintain complete and timely documentation to meet ethical and legal protocols while also tracking clients' progress.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, providing attendees with skills and tools for better mental health management.
