You'll engage with patients through our telehealth platform, utilizing video conferencing tools to conduct assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and participate in collaborative care teams. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patient history, symptoms, and needs, thereby developing personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to address each patient's unique circumstances.
• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational workshops aimed at enhancing patient insight and fostering communal support among peers.
• Collaborate with a diverse team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, helping to stabilize patients during critical moments.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards and organizational protocols.
• Participate actively in clinical team meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies for improved patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development activities to stay updated on advancements in mental health treatment.

Our patients come from a variety of backgrounds and age groups, each presenting with unique challenges related to mental health. You'll work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Our patient-centered approach emphasizes understanding the whole person and utilizes culturally competent practices to address the diverse needs of our clients effectively.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Nevada, with demonstrated knowledge of and experience in mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship with patients and provide empathetic care.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on effective patient education.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting providing mental health therapy is preferred.
• Experience with telehealth delivery modalities and familiarity with remote therapeutic tools.
• Background in working with diverse populations, including underserved communities, is advantageous.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
