* Prepare clear reports, visualizations, dashboards, and narrative summaries that contextualize findings for non technical audiences such as administrators, faculty, and campus partners.
* Provide advanced consultations on research impact, publication tracking, researcher identity management, collaboration patterns, and responsible metrics.
* Design and deliver workshops or instructional sessions on bibliometric tools, research impact methods, publication data sources, and related analytical techniques.
* Lead or contribute to workflow optimization projects, including automation and AI-assisted approaches for data preparation, analysis, and metadata enhancement.
* Monitor developments in bibliometrics, research assessment, responsible metrics, research information management, and analytics tools, and guide the unit in adopting emerging best practices.
* Participate in and represent the unit within library, campus, and professional committees or communities of practice related to research intelligence, analytics, and research support services.

Demonstrated project management experience including coordinating team activities, project timelines, or shared service workflows in a collaborative academic or research environment.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with varied user communities, including students, faculty, researchers, colleagues, and community members.
