• Conduct thorough clinical assessments that utilize evidence-based practices to create customized treatment plans for each client.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective techniques tailored to patient needs.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company standards.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure coordinated and holistic care for all patients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer supervision meetings, allowing for collaborative problem-solving and best practice sharing.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and empower them with resources and coping strategies that facilitate recovery.
• Continually engage with ongoing education and training to stay updated on the latest insights and developments within the mental health field.

Your role will involve working with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health challenges. You will be responsible for addressing specific individual needs, fostering a therapeutic alliance, and promoting resilience and hope throughout the therapeutic process.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
• Demonstrated experience in solution-focused psychotherapy and the ability to adapt interventions based on individual client assessments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and engagement with clients and colleagues alike.
• Proficiency in critical thinking and problem-solving, essential for constructing effective treatment strategies.

Applicants should have a minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, particularly in outpatient settings. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and practices can enhance your ability to reach and engage clients effectively in a remote setting.
