This position is entirely remote, allowing therapists to connect with clients through telehealth platforms. The Mental Health Counselor will perform a variety of duties, including:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying their unique needs.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to balance client caseloads effectively.

While we welcome applicants with various levels of experience, candidates with prior experience in a community health setting, as well as familiarity with telehealth therapy practices, will find this an advantageous position. Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and a strong clientele management history are pluses.
