• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and design personalized treatment plans that cater to these needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services via secure virtual platforms tailored to each client's specific preferences and therapeutic goals.
• Engage and collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and provide consistent support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to address diverse mental health concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions and monitor client progress using our documentation management system.

You will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our focus on quality care means you will adapt therapeutic interventions that resonate with the individual experiences and unique backgrounds of your clients. Your ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic connection will be paramount in achieving positive outcomes.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is essential; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant areas is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, fostering connection and trust with clients in a remote environment.
• Empathy and compassion for clients' experiences, displaying understanding and sensitivity in all interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to facilitate efficient remote work, manage therapy sessions, and maintain documentation.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing individual or group therapy in an outpatient or community mental health setting.
• Exposure to telehealth services and comfort with technology used in remote therapy settings.
• Experience with diverse populations and familiarity with cultural competency in mental health practice.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists who join our team.
