Miracles of Life Psychotherapy Center is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) for full-time positions. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each patient's needs, presenting symptoms, and personal circumstances.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through their treatment journeys while fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Coordinate ongoing care with other healthcare professionals, actively consulting in team meetings and contributing insights to improve patient outcomes.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to manage emergency situations skillfully, providing immediate support to patients in distress.
• Engage patients by educating them about their conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them toward greater self-management and recovery.
• Maintain diligent, confidential documentation of patient records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Stay informed of advancements in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
• Robust knowledge of mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities, along with the ability to create tailor-made interventions.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills, with a strong ethical foundation and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with remote healthcare technologies.
• Commitment to collaborative, team-oriented practices that enhance overall patient care experience.

• Prior experience in a community health setting is highly desirable, particularly within outpatient clinics.
• Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities will be considered a plus, such as trauma-informed care or substance use recovery.
• A demonstrated track record of effective treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction in therapeutic settings.
