Work Environment

We pride ourselves on cultivating a positive organizational culture that exemplifies teamwork and innovation. Our administrative and billing support teams are efficient and readily available, ensuring that clinicians can focus on their clients without being bogged down by administrative burdens. We offer flexible scheduling options, allowing for a healthy work-life balance and accommodating the diverse needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision and team collaboration, enhancing your counseling skills and adapting to best practices.
  • Participate actively in quarterly staff meetings to discuss clinical cases, share insights, and improve service delivery.
  • Communicate efficiently with support staff to ensure a smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute positively to the team dynamic, fostering an environment of encouragement and support among colleagues.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on servicing adolescents (ages 9 and up) and adults, providing therapy tailored to their unique mental health needs. You will work with a diverse clientele facing various challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role is ideal for counselors committed to making a transformative impact on their clients' mental health journeys.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Maintain Professional Liability Insurance coverage in accordance with state requirements.
Preferred Experience

Applicants should have a minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience in a clinical setting, preferably providing mental health services to adolescents and adults. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a proactive approach to patient care will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure. In addition to competitive pay, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options.
