Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify and evaluate clients' psychological needs, concerns, and mental health history, which inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clients' specific goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Provide personalized one-on-one counseling sessions focused on a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders.
• Conduct group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions aimed at providing peer support, learning opportunities, and a sense of community among clients facing similar challenges.
• Be prepared to respond swiftly to crisis situations, offering immediate support and creating safety plans for clients in distress.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and communicating effectively with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
• Uphold professional standards and ethical practices by ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families. Our clientele includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma history, relationship issues, and more. Your ability to understand and respect the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client will be vital in establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Nevada.
• Proven proficiency in a variety of counseling methodologies and therapeutic modalities, adaptable to the individual needs of clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in the context of building therapeutic relationships and presenting information clearly.
• A deep understanding of cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling in a professional setting.
• Demonstrated experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with virtual counseling tools and technologies.
• Experience in group therapy facilitation and crisis intervention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
