Position Overview

Griffin and Associates Psychotherapy, Consultation Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a remote team member, you will operate within a telehealth setting, utilizing cutting-edge technology to provide therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships based on trust and confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, assess mental health stability, and discuss treatment goals.
  • Develop personalized, client-centered treatment plans, adapting approaches based on review and feedback.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, to track client advancements and changes.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
  • Participate actively in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive support from peers and leadership.
  • Engage with other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care, ensuring every client receives holistic support.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, continually seeking opportunities to learn and apply new techniques in your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse client population, including children, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your work will involve providing direct psychotherapy services aimed at enhancing client resilience and fostering personal growth. The clients you will support may range from those experiencing anxiety and depression to families navigating life transitions and challenges.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
  • Current, unrestricted, and active LPCC licensure in Nevada.
  • Minimum of one year post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
  • Proficient in using technology for documentation and communication, including familiarity with RMS systems, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong ability to conduct intake assessments and deliver tailored therapeutic services.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing individual and family psychotherapy, with a demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and their application in outpatient settings.
Compensation and Benefits

Griffin and Associates offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. Employees benefit from a fee-for-service model, with guaranteed rates to ensure timely compensation. Additional benefits include:
