In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs through online platforms.
• Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and progress.
• Providing ongoing psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Documenting session details accurately and maintaining updated client records in compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals within our network for integrated care and support.
• Participating in continued professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

You will primarily serve adult clients grappling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our diverse client base requires therapists who can adapt their approaches to meet the unique needs of individuals from various backgrounds and experiences, fostering an inclusive and supportive therapeutic environment.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's level degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.
• An active, unrestricted license to practice as a Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy to adults.
• Strong competencies in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required for meticulous documentation and client interactions.
• A verified clean record, free from any disciplinary actions from a licensing board.

Preferred candidates will have:

• Experience working in an online therapeutic environment and familiarity with virtual communication tools.
• Additional training or certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or modalities.
• A background in community health or non-profit mental health services.

Xenial Healthcare LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, new hires will be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
