Therapy Aura Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specifically an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW, to join our expanding team as a full-time remote therapist. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a professional work-life balance. Our outpatient office environment operates Monday through Saturday, providing the flexibility for you to create and manage your own schedule. You will benefit from in-house credentialing along with comprehensive oversight of your insurance participation and patient scheduling, enabling you to focus solely on delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to determine their specific needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Implementing various evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist clients in achieving their individual service plans.
  • Engaging in collaborative communication with interdisciplinary teams through regular patient rounds and detailed documentation, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive care.
  • Providing ongoing case management, which involves consultation with hospital and community professionals to coordinate services and support for your patients.

Qualifications
