• Provide short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services through telehealth channels, helping patients navigate a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, to integrate mental health support into overall patient care strategies, promoting a holistic approach to wellness.

The patients you will serve come from varied backgrounds and may present a multitude of mental health challenges. • Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist.
• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred to foster deeper insights into complex mental health issues.
• Demonstrated understanding of the challenges faced by hospital patients and exceptional communication skills to foster rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and brief therapy models is essential to navigate the fast-paced environment of telehealth effectively.
• Adept at managing a diverse caseload and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work setting.

• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly desired, providing insight into the specific complexities of patient care within healthcare institutions.
• Prior experience in utilizing telehealth systems to deliver mental health services.
• Engagement in community outreach programs or mental health awareness initiatives is advantageous.
