• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients and to establish individualized treatment strategies tailored to their circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services in individual, family, and group formats, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to effectively address a spectrum of mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with case managers and psychiatrists to deliver coordinated care, ensuring a seamless experience for clients managing complex issues.
• Offer crisis intervention support to clients during acute emotional distress, utilizing proven techniques to stabilize situations and connect clients to necessary resources.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, while actively participating in educational programs designed to reduce stigma and foster support within the community.

We work with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment disorders. Your ability to connect with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds will be integral to your success in this position, allowing you to apply a culturally sensitive approach to treatment.

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's degree or doctorate in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to forge trusting relationships with clients and provide therapeutic support effectively.
• Demonstrated cultural competence, exhibiting sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of clients to ensure inclusive care.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and maintain accurate documentation in electronic health record systems.

• Experience working in hospice or palliative care settings is a plus, as it empowers you to address the unique emotional and psychological needs during end-of-life transitions.
• Knowledge of and ability to implement evidence-based therapies (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) tailored to individual client cases.
• Experience conducting community outreach or involvement in educational initiatives focused on mental health advocacy.

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
