  • Receive referrals from a steady stream of clients, contributing to a thriving practice.
  • Maintain direct communication with Clinical Operations Teams and benefit from support provided by our Care Coordination Team, facilitating streamlined client management.
  • Participate in optional monthly peer group meetings to foster professional growth and support through shared experiences.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients primarily comprise individuals who are navigating their relationship with alcohol, seeking both moderation and abstinence. You will be expected to employ a harm-reduction model, providing compassionate and effective care regardless of the clients' preferences. Through effective therapeutic techniques and community resources such as AA, Smart Recovery, and Moderation Management, you will guide clients along their chosen paths of recovery and well-being.

Qualifications
  • Active licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of New York.
  • Comprehensive training and experience in therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care.
  • Strong understanding of community recovery support options, ensuring clients can utilize these resources effectively while in treatment.
  • Exceptional clinical engagement skills and a demonstrated ability to show empathy and understanding to clients from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with clients who are seeking to change their relationship with alcohol.
  • Proven ability to conduct group therapy sessions effectively.
  • Familiarity with online therapy platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, aligned with your experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off, we prioritize your professional development by providing access to continuing education resources.
