• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients and develop customized treatment plans that adhere to best-practice guidelines, employing telehealth technology.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide effective interventions tailored to clients’ individual situations.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with industry regulations while utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline processes.
• Participate in team meetings via video conferencing to collaborate on treatment approaches and share insights with fellow mental health professionals.
• Hold regular case consultations to evaluate treatment progress and adjust approaches as needed, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, advocating for available community resources and support services.
• Stay current on advancements in mental health practices through ongoing education, virtual seminars, and professional development opportunities.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Zenith Mental and Behavioral Works, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing various mental health disorders, emotional distress, and life transitions. You will develop strong therapeutic relationships remotely, ensuring that your clients feel supported and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a current and valid License to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut is essential.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services, is required.
• Proficiency in remote delivery of solution-focused interventions and ability to utilize digital platforms effectively.
• Strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients through virtual interactions.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage the complexities of remote client care.
• Adept at working independently while also contributing to a virtual team environment.

• Experience in hospice care or palliative support services is advantageous, as our work may involve clients with terminal illnesses or complex psychosocial needs.

• The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
