Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide remote therapy services to clients in Hollywood, FL. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and support individuals as they work through mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional regulation.
Location: Hollywood, FL
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
  • Create and update treatment plans based on client needs and progress
  • Use evidence-based counseling approaches appropriate to each client
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and organized clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals when needed
  • Provide support for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, stress, and life changes
  • Follow all ethical, clinical, HIPAA, and state licensing requirements

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field
  • Active Florida LMHC license in good standing
  • Previous experience providing individual counseling or psychotherapy
  • Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth
  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload responsibly
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions
