• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and devise personalized treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and therapeutic objectives.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing appropriate therapeutic modalities to assist clients effectively.

As a mental health counselor at Inner Care Health Center, you will work with a wide range of clients, including those experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders, along with individuals facing addiction and trauma-related issues. • A valid LMHC license in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields; a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling is highly preferred.
• Experience conducting both individual and group therapy in various mental health contexts.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster trust with clients of all backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Previous experience in telehealth counseling, particularly in remote therapeutic interventions.

• Active participation in professional mental health organizations or ongoing training in latest therapeutic trends and practices.
