As a member of our remote health clinic, you will work closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals connected through a shared purpose—the betterment of our client’s mental well-being. • Engage in individual therapy sessions, working directly with clients to set, track, and achieve personalized treatment goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods to provide prevention-oriented therapy tailored to each client’s needs.
• Develop, implement, and review comprehensive treatment plans to ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community agencies to provide holistic care and to facilitate referrals when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including session notes and treatment progress, in our secure electronic health record system.
• Participate actively in staff meetings to share insights and contribute to team goals, fostering a culture of transparency and communication.
• Contribute to the overall positive culture of our clinic by engaging with colleagues and participating in team-building activities.

Our clients represent a variety of backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and family dynamics. You will provide empathetic care to individuals, couples, and families, using your skills to make a meaningful impact on their lives. • Must hold a valid license as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required; further education, such as a Master's or Doctorate in Counseling or Clinical Psychology, is preferable.
• Strong familiarity with community mental health resources and the capacity to integrate them into your treatment plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field is preferred, showcasing your ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience in collaborative team settings。
• Awareness of and experience with digital tools that enhance service delivery and client management workflows.
