Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team in Philadelphia, United States. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and in-office work, focusing on expanding our commercial insurance business in the Pennsylvania market.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new commercial insurance clients in the PA market
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to meet clients' needs
  • Collaborate with clients and prospects to design customized insurance programs
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the commercial insurance sector
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client information and track sales activities
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Qualifications
  • Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Proven track record of success in commercial insurance sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, risk management, and the Pennsylvania insurance market
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets
  • Ability to analyze complex risks and develop tailored insurance solutions
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Additional insurance certifications such as CPCU or CIC are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the Pennsylvania market as needed
