You will have the opportunity to engage with clients through video-based counseling sessions in a private online platform designed specifically for mental health practitioners. • Utilize video conferencing technology to counsel clients individually, focusing on improving their mental health and overall well-being.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences while helping them discover insights about their relationships and themselves.
• Actively advocate for clients, assisting them in defining and pursuing their personal goals for mental wellness.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions and collaboratively develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation as per regulatory and organizational standards.

Your clients will be carefully screened adults exhibiting low acuity issues, ensuring that you focus on manageable cases that allow for effective intervention and support. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full licensure from the state of Washington as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), in good standing and capable of practicing independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all client interactions.
• Proficiency in technology and computer usage, with the ability to adapt to our therapy platform and other digital tools.

• At least two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, showcasing a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques and client management.
• Experience working in a remote healthcare setting, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 per year, based on your experience and working hours. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
