• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist.
• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred to foster deeper insights into complex mental health issues.
• Demonstrated understanding of the challenges faced by hospital patients and exceptional communication skills to foster rapport with a diverse clientele.
