• Conduct virtual assessments to understand client needs and mental health histories.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans, tailored for each individual client based on their unique circumstances.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions via telehealth, focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy methodologies.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable goals and track their progress over time, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans meticulously to ensure compliance with legal and clinical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, through workshops and peer supervision, to stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

You will primarily work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients who are seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. Our aim is to improve client outcomes through personalized care that empowers individuals to achieve their mental health goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice in Tennessee as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling services.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and proficiency in case management, enabling effective client interactions.

Experience in telehealth delivery, proficiency with digital documentation tools, and familiarity with evidence-based practice methodologies are highly preferred. An understanding of the unique challenges faced by remote clients will enhance your ability to provide exceptional mental health care.
