What You'll Do:

  • Design and build scalable, secure, and resilient data pipelines that make data flow smoothly from source to insight.
  • Own and enhance our enterprise Business Intelligence platform - making sure it's optimized, reliable, and future-ready.
  • Partner with Finance and IT teams to turn raw data into meaningful stories and actionable insights.
  • Lead the charge on ETL processes (designing, managing, tuning, and monitoring) to keep our data world in motion.
  • Be a performance guru - optimizing queries, tuning databases, and staying a step ahead of bottlenecks.
  • Automate reporting workflows, ensure data quality, and bring fresh thinking to every step of the data journey.
  • Keep us on the bleeding edge - exploring new technologies and stream-processing systems in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
  • Maintain top-notch documentation and follow best practices in data warehousing, security, and compliance.

 

What Experience can you Bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • 1+ years of professional experience developing data warehouses is required.
  • Experience working with Microsoft BI tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI)
  • Strong in SQL programming and Kimball data warehouse modeling.
  • Master of the Databricks platform and Python programming, certifications preferred
  • A team player mindset - you listen, collaborate, and help make others better.
