The Salesforce Analyst will work across multiple business functions to define scope, manage demand, support solution delivery, and ensure that Salesforce workflows, configuration, and reporting solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
This role is considered remote, which means the employee will work remotely on an ongoing basis and will not have an assigned workspace at a Company designated location.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and reporting requirements related to Salesforce
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand business processes, pain points, data needs, and desired outcomes

  • Workflow and automation logic (Flows, approvals, triggers where applicable)
  • Data model impacts and field-level details
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to ensure requirements are understood and feasible
  • Support release planning by clarifying requirements, priorities, and dependencies
  • Test and validate Salesforce configuration, workflows, and automation against defined acceptance criteria
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect triage, and issue resolution
  • Act as the primary liaison between business teams and Power BI developers for Salesforce-based analytics
  • Produce clear technical hand-off documentation for analytics teams
  • Filtering, security, and data refresh requirements
  • Validate Power BI datasets, dashboards, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business expectations
  • Ensure consistency between Salesforce configuration and downstream analytics output
  • Intake and assess Salesforce-related requests from multiple business teams
  • Support prioritization of requests based on business value, urgency, effort, and platform impact
  • Maintain visibility into the Salesforce backlog, request status, and delivery timeline
  • Communicate priorities, progress, blockers, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of TAIT's Salesforce data model and reporting architecture
  • Identify data quality issues, gaps, or inconsistencies impacting workflows or reporting
  • Work with platform and business teams to resolve data-related issues and improve data governance

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 7+ years of experience in a Salesforce Analyst or similar
  • Strong experience documenting business and functional requirements for Salesforce platforms
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration concepts (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards)
  • Experience supporting analytics or BI tools, preferably Power BI
  • Strong understanding of business processes, data structures, and KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in complex, multi-functional or global organizations
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or Professional Services use cases
