As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily duties include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patient needs and abilities to develop tailored treatment plans that enhance functioning and resolve symptoms effectively.

• Delivering individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy based on clinical appropriateness and patient needs.

• Participating in program planning and execution alongside a multidisciplinary psychiatry team and other healthcare professionals.

• Engaging as either a primary therapist or co-therapist in group sessions to support patients with psychiatric conditions.

• Addressing urgent care needs through triage evaluations and crisis intervention as necessary.

• Ensuring compliance with program and regulatory standards by obtaining and maintaining relevant patient data.

• Adhering to agency policies, ethical guidelines, and legal regulations specific to counseling practices.

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including individuals and families experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health issues. By providing telehealth services, you will ensure accessibility for clients across various demographics, addressing their unique psychological needs in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
