This position is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients. You will be utilizing a sophisticated digital platform for therapy sessions, maintaining flexible communication schedules to accommodate clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
  • Implement various therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring methods align with best practices.
  • Maintain precise, confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Engage collaboratively with a dedicated treatment team which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver cohesive care.
  • Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to discussions that enhance treatment quality and team cohesion.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources for ongoing assistance.
  • Stay well-informed of the latest research developments and innovations in mental health practices to continually improve therapeutic techniques.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client population that may include individuals dealing with various mental health issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, and more. Your role will involve understanding and addressing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and needs of each client, thus fostering deep therapeutic alliances that facilitate healing.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active license to practice in the state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Proven ability to apply solution-based psychotherapy techniques, customizing care strategies to effectively address individual client challenges.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs accurately and devise appropriate interventions.
  • A collaborative spirit that values teamwork and seeks to contribute positively to the treatment culture.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a telehealth setting, familiar with remote diagnostic and therapeutic methodologies.
  • Proficiency in integrating various therapeutic modalities to cater to a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.
