Queries, summarizes and disseminates data to ensure the availability of timely and accurate information, upon which strategic and programmatic decisions will be made.


Job Description:


Essential Functions:

  • Analyzes complex data sets and provides insights to support decision making.
  • Develops and maintains decision support tools and models.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities.
  • Conducts research and stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Presents findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity in decision support systems.

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Health Informatics, or related field, required.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, preferred.

Experience:

  • Three years of experience in healthcare data analysis or equivalent, required.
  • Two years of experience in SQL or other programming languages, required.
