Job description

Note: This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel required.
Start a new career as a Product Marketing Manager with Procare HR!
At Procare HR, we're on a mission to transform workforce outcomes for care providers through our industry-focused HR services model. We offer comprehensive HR services, including payroll processing, benefits administration, workers compensation management, and general HR support. Our core values drive our culture, emphasizing positivity, curiosity, accountability, gratitude, and growth.
How you will make an impact:
We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to build the product marketing foundation for ProcareHR's growing portfolio of products, solutions, and services — starting with the foundation and using AI as your primary lever to move fast. This isn't a role where you inherit a mature playbook and optimize it. You're building the playbook, the assets, and the systems, and you're doing it with AI-first workflows, so the foundation scales without a big team behind it.
We're looking for someone who's a builder first, curious by default, and biased toward speed over polish-for-polish's-sake.
What You'll Do:

You'll build the four pillars of product marketing:

Intelligence — Use AI-assisted research to synthesize market trends, buyer insights, and win/loss patterns; keep competitive battlecards current.

Positioning — Own messaging and positioning for our product portfolio; build data-informed buyer personas and test messaging against real buyer language.

Launch — Design a repeatable, tiered launch framework with clear metrics per tier, using AI to speed up first drafts so the team can focus on refinement.

Enablement — Build and maintain the sales toolkit (battlecards, one-pagers, proof points) in the buyer's voice, and iterate based on pipeline results.

What You'll Need:
  • 4+ years in product marketing required
  • Exposure to B2B, PE-backed, or vertical SaaS/services environments preferred.
  • Pragmatic Marketing Certification or similar certification preferred
  • Prior senior living or PEO experience strongly preferred

Why choose Procare HR?
  • Salary range is $110,000-$130,000/yr| Credit given for experience
  • 10% Bonus!
  • Great Benefits Available

Benefits Available:
  • Health insurance with company paid premium for employee only coverage
  • FSA and HSA options available
  • Company paid dental insurance for employee only coverage
  • Company paid life insurance
  • Company paid short- and long-term disability insurance
  • A 401K plan with company match and safe harbor contribution
  • Paid Time Off
  • Additional ancillary benefits including Vision, Critical Illness, Voluntary Life/AD&D, and Accident
Join us in reshaping the future of HR services!
