Renewed Life Mental Health Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to provide vital support to individuals navigating mental health challenges in a remote capacity. The role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work hours while you provide essential therapy services to patients enrolled in our detox program. Our operational hours extend from Monday through Saturday, which means you have the freedom to establish your own schedule and work in an environment that supports your professional lifestyle while ensuring quality patient care.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, gaining insights into their psychological, social, and educational needs, and formulating appropriate treatment plans.
• Engage in systematic triage of patient care, ensuring timely and effective interventions while documenting findings and treatment progress meticulously to comply with departmental standards.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team during patient rounds, facilitating the exchange of vital information regarding assessment outcomes, proposed interventions, and comprehensive care plans.
• Provide case management for assigned patients, liaising with hospital and community resources to orchestrate appropriate services that align with patient needs and recovery goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to implement targeted clinical interventions, ensuring that patients and families progress towards their individualized service plans.
• Maintain ethical and confidential documentation of patient care activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and best practices in mental health.

You will work primarily with adolescents and adults who are facing mental health challenges within a detoxification context. Our client population often involves individuals in vulnerable situations who require thoughtful, trauma-informed care and unwavering support as they begin their recovery journeys.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a mental health environment is required to ensure the provision of high-quality care.
• Willingness to offer flexibility in scheduling with a capacity to work between 10 to 40 sessions per week.

Experience with clients in detoxification settings, as well as familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapies and other evidence-based practices, will be highly regarded as you join us in providing robust treatment options to our clients.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to USD 104,000 annually, based on your qualifications and experience.
