Position Summary
Third Shift FULLY REMOTE Emergency RadiologistThe Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Indiana University School of Medicine in partnership with Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking an Emergency Radiologist to join our team. Our Indianapolis-based practice of 35+ Emergency Radiologists is expanding teleradiology services throughout the state and we are looking for candidates interested in a hybrid academic/community practice work environment. The job entails working third shift, a one week on/two weeks off (122 shifts/year) model and offers a wide range of cases from both academic medical centers and community hospitals. Work with a collegial team of ER radiologists and excellent clinical administrative assistants who allow you to focus on patient care rather than answering and making phone calls.

You will always be working alongside multiple other ER radiologists, including a dedicated ER neuroradiologist and pediatric radiologists, with whom you can share challenging cases. Our workflow is enhanced by custom worklists, availability of ER-centric dictation templates and AI programs such as RadAI which autogenerates impressions.
Having the ability to read advanced neuro imaging is a plus but not required. Both clinical and academic track positions are available. Salary and benefits are very competitive.
In addition to clinical work, this position involves teaching trainees. The Department hosts robust residency and fellowship training programs.
IUSM is committed to being a welcoming campus community and we seek candidates whose research, teaching, and community engagement efforts contribute to robust learning and working environments for all students, staff, and faculty. We invite individuals who will join us in our mission to improve health equity and well-being for all throughout the state of Indiana.
