Senior Account Executive - Inside Sales CardFlight | SwipeSimple Connect Greater Phoenix, AZ (Remote) | OTE $120,000+

Small businesses are the backbone of local economies - and you'll be the person helping them modernize how they get paid. As a Senior Account Executive at CardFlight, you'll sell SwipeSimple Connect, our CRM and payment processing solution, directly to small business owners who need it. Our current Senior AEs consistently exceed their targets, and the earning potential reflects that.

OTE: $120,000+, with uncapped upside for top performers.

Location: Greater Phoenix, AZ. Primarily remote.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle - from cold outreach to close. No handoffs, no committee decisions. You prospect, you pitch, you close.
  • Build and work a pipeline of small business owners through cold calling, email, and digital outreach.
  • Run consultative demos that show SMB owners exactly how SwipeSimple Connect improves their operations and bottom line.
  • Keep your CRM tight and your forecast accurate.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to sharpen your pitch and stay ahead of the market.


What You'll Bring

  • 3-5+ years in sales, ideally selling to SMBs in SaaS, fintech, or payments
  • A track record of consistently hitting and exceeding quota
  • Comfort and confidence selling directly to small business owners
  • Strong closing skills and a bias toward action
  • CRM proficiency and the ability to pick up new tools quickly
