• Conduct weekly remote therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, focusing on CBT to address a diverse range of emotional disorders.

• Collaborate closely with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, alongside functional improvement measures, to continuously monitor client progress and adjust therapy approaches as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly counselor portal, ensuring all digital health records are comprehensive and compliant.

• Engage in ongoing supervision and support from the Therapy Leadership Team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and clinical excellence.

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing various emotional disorders, including anxiety and depression. Brightside Health has demonstrated a commitment to providing culturally responsive and tailored care, ensuring all clients receive the compassion and understanding they deserve. • Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings, demonstrating effective therapy practice.

While the required experience is crucial, we prefer candidates with prior exposure to telehealth services, familiarity with the Unified Protocol for Emotional Disorders, and a desire to improve treatment methodologies. Any additional certifications, such as in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS), are advantageous.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
