• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, tailoring approaches to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for clients with various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.
• Perform in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds and to identify barriers to mental wellness.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies, providing timely support during emergencies and maintaining a calm environment for clients.
• Document client progress meticulously, using agreed-upon metrics and approaches, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and improve outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing communication with a multidisciplinary team to collaborate effectively on patient care and resource sharing.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and provide superior care.

In this position, you will work with a diverse client population who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various behavioral health challenges. Our patients often seek online support due to geographical limitations, physical accessibility issues, or preference for remote therapy. Your empathic communication and adherence to the ICARE values will foster trusting relationships with each client, enabling their path to healing.

• A minimum of three years of direct counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic approaches and methodologies.
• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of a valid professional license to practice counseling, such as LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex client needs and challenges.
• Strong organizational abilities for effective documentation and data management.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital mental health tools.
• Experience with diverse therapeutic modalities specific to various client demographics.
• Previous work within integrated care systems or multidisciplinary teams.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
