This position is designed for a remote work setting while serving an outpatient population. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to the unique needs of a diverse clientele.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans designed to support their journey towards wellness.
• Facilitate therapy sessions through a variety of modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, utilizing approaches that best fit the client's goals.
• Engage collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that adheres to regulatory guidelines and facilitates effective treatment plans.
• Utilize our user-friendly platform for seamless client scheduling and management of session notes, enhancing productivity and client care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our focus is on delivering culturally competent care that respects and honors the individual backgrounds and experiences of every client.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• A current and unrestricted license to practice independently in Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, applicants with experience in diverse treatment modalities and client management will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth practices and prior work in outpatient settings is advantageous.
