Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients, evaluating their strengths, challenges, and personal goals while ensuring all necessary intake documentation is properly completed.
• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic methods, customized to align with the specific needs of each client, facilitating effective counseling sessions.
• Identify and implement tailored psychological interventions designed to support clients in their therapeutic journey, fostering progress towards their identified goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging participation and interaction while addressing a variety of therapeutic topics and techniques.
• Provide vocational coaching, experiential guidance, and family counseling as required, ensuring that care extends beyond individual therapy sessions.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with community resources and referral sources to coordinate and optimize the delivery of integrated services for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work with Health Aura Therapy Center will predominantly involve clients engaged in detox programs, along with individuals navigating emotional and psychological challenges. You will play a crucial role in helping them enhance their coping mechanisms and skills, addressing trauma, substance use, and related mental health issues.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required, along with a valid LCSW credential.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, ideally within a similar behavioral health or detox center setting.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of therapy modalities and a commitment to employing them in practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with trauma and understanding its impact on behavioral health.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic practices.
• Former experience in a detox or intensive outpatient setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Health Aura Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, the position includes annual salary increases and a range of benefits designed to support your professional and personal well-being.
