You will be working in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility in managing your work schedule while serving school-aged children and their families. Our collaborative virtual environment encourages employees to connect, share insights, and support one another in delivering high-quality care. The role requires active participation in virtual team meetings and collaboration with educational personnel, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for all involved.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to understand their specific needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective interventions.
• Support families with resources, information, and skills that enhance their children's development and well-being.
• Establish rapport and cultivate trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to create a supportive and healthy learning environment.
• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching methodologies during interactions to promote authentic engagement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety standards, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for all clients and staff.

This position primarily focuses on school-aged children, ranging from early childhood to adolescence, who may be experiencing various challenges impacting their learning and emotional well-being. You will work alongside families and educational staff to provide holistic support tailored to each child’s unique situation. Your contributions will directly impact children's ability to thrive academically and socially.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• Demonstrable ability to adapt therapeutic methods to meet the varying learning styles of each child, ensuring effective treatment integration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing a diverse caseload efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information and collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
• A respectful approach toward others, coupled with a strong ability to collaborate and contribute positively to a team environment.

• Experience utilizing family systems theory in practice.
• Familiarity with evidence-based models for therapy and intervention, particularly in school settings.
• Background in developing and implementing treatment plans for children with diverse needs.

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
